  • – **Problem Solving:** Identify customer issues and resolve them with the appropriate solution or escalation path, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • – **Product Knowledge:** Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide customers with relevant information and support.
  • – **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to provide insights and feedback to the team.
  • – **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback on various aspects of services and products to identify areas of improvement and assist in product enhancement.
  • – **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and departments to share insights and improve customer service practices.
  • – **Adapting to Changes:** Stay updated on product changes, new initiatives, and any operational updates to ensure continuous excellent customer service.
  • – **Performance Tracking:** Meet and strive to exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the management.

 

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing a college degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • **Experience:** No prior experience is required, though experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
