Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class B Driver to join our team. As a Class B Driver for UPS, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages and freight to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and drive Class B vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Load, transport, and deliver packages and freight to customers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and UPS policies.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience driving Class B vehicles.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 70 lbs).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
