Remote Chat Support – Facebook (Entry Level, No Experience)

Are you comfortable navigating Facebook Messenger and eager to engage in online conversations? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as remote chat support agents on Facebook. This role is perfect for those who enjoy digital communication and are seeking an entry-level position.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger, providing information, resolving issues, and enhancing their experience.
  • Participate in our comprehensive training program to understand the process and the types of inquiries you’ll be managing.
  • Work independently, managing chats effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.

 

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

 

Skills/background needed:

  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a device suitable for using social media and chat functions (e.g., laptop, smartphone, tablet).
  • No previous experience in live chat support is necessary; we provide all the training you’ll need.
  • Ability to commit to at least 5 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your hours.

 

Location:

  • Remote work online (United States preferred).
