  5. Analyze user data and reports to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  6. Respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain a database of user information and activity.
  9. Monitor user feedback and take appropriate action.
  10. Train and mentor new moderation staff.
