As a Toyota Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Toyota vehicle owners and potential customers through various online communication channels. You will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to vehicle features, warranties, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a deep understanding of Toyota  brand values and products.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and providing information about service centers.
  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, including explaining financing options and coordinating test drives.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on Toyota latest products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with Toyota vehicles and brand values is a plus.
