What you will be doing: 

As a social media chat agent you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Skills/background needed:

These are entry-level social media jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid social media work before.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on social media channels

Requirements:
