We are currently in search of fresh individuals to fill our Live Chat Assistants position. This invaluable role involves helping businesses by answering live chat messages on their online assets.
These positions are purely remote, which means you can execute your tasks from any part of the world.
What Will You Be Doing in the Live Chat Assistants Role?
As a Live Chat Assistants, your main role will be to manage live chat interactions for numerous businesses. This extends beyond just responding to messages – you’ll be directly involved in providing top-notch customer service, answering customer queries, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
No Fixed Term : Open-ended Contract
Our live chat assistant roles have no fixed term. We believe in the liberty and adaptability that an open-ended contract confers, providing job security that allows you to effectively plan your future
Pay Rate : $25 – $35 Per Hour
As a live chat assistant, you’ll earn a competitive hourly rate of $25 to $35, in acknowledgment for the crucial role you play in our clients’ customer service operations and the value you add to their businesses.
Required Skills and Background
Our requirements for live chat assistants are as follows :
A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet or laptop).
The ability to work independently, manage your own time effectively and stay motivated.
Close adherence to specified instructions.
A minimum of a weekly availability of at least 5 hours.
A dependable and fast internet connection.
Hours Per Week : 5 – 40 Hours
We provide flexible working hours that can vary between 5 to 40 hours a week. This enables you to balance your professional life with personal duties working at your own pace.
Location : Remote Work Online (United States Preferred)
While the convenience of remote work is a key benefit, we do prefer U.S.-based assistants. International applicants are also encouraged to apply.
