Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
