Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Integrated Outpatient Adult Services and general outpatient psychiatric services.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff within the Behavioral Health Services department.
• Provide strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with our leadership team to enhance service integration and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate a strong academic interest in teaching and supervising psychiatric residents.

Qualifications:

• MD degree and board certification in Psychiatry.
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Current New York State Medical License, Medicaid number, and DEA number.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
