The Digital Division of Holland America is growing rapidly in support of our evolving brand and growing business. We’re looking for a Digital E-Commerce Analyst who is excited about using data to understand website shopping behavior to better serve our visitors to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office but fully remote. You’ll be responsible for contributing to Holland America and Seabourn’s success by garnering insights from data and reporting on our progress. You’ll work closely with our digital product, merchandising, and advertising teams to help optimize and achieve online conversion and revenue goals and contribute quantitative data and insights into our prioritization and decision processes.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage analytics tools to understand and analyze web & mobile app data, and identify trends and insights to help our teams maximize the effectiveness of the E-commerce program and investments.
  • Distill analysis into concise recommendations and present to stakeholders with creative, effective visualizations.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly E-commerce business dashboards, and derive insights from the data to present to stakeholders weekly. Create quarterly executive summaries to share with leadership.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Work closely with product management and A/B Testing teams to understand current friction points, and define and prioritize future improvements.
  • Support content and marketing teams with reporting needs and campaign performance measurement.
  • Work with leadership and teams on company and divisional strategic initiatives, E-commerce forecast, quarterly planning, and sprint planning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience working in the analytics discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience working hands-on in B2C e-commerce web or business environment
  • Expert in SQL or other relevant programming language
  • Highly proficient in web analytics and data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Highly passionate and curious, able to leverage existing and new data analysis skills to research difficult or ambiguous problems
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Professional communication and strong visualization skills are required. Ability to effectively present information, both written and verbal, clearly.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to keep track of multiple deadlines, effectively meet deliverables, and keep both stakeholders and peers apprised of project status
  • Detail-oriented while working independently on multiple projects required
  • Communicate with stakeholders across distributed teams in different time zones and develop relationships with others while influencing and removing blockers
  • Ability to view and understand analytics tracking within a browser for general debugging and tying data to user experience
  • Highly quantitative with experience setting goals and forecasts, supporting A/B tests, and iterating based on data.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation and targeting of personalized experiences

  • Base Salary Range: $67,800 to 91,500. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates’ qualifications and experience uniquely.
