Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Apple products and services
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using remote support tools and software

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support to Apple customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apple hardware and software
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to their technical problems
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, services, and updates
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and solutions

Educational Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • Certifications in IT or related fields are a plus

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
  • Experience with Apple products and services is highly desirable
