Data Entry Assistant

Description

• As a Data Entry Assistant at Odyssey Haven Travel, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date travel-related data from a remote location. • This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring the integrity of our database systems. • Responsibilities include data entry, quality assurance, record management, communication with internal teams, documentation preparation, process improvement, and compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field, preferably in the travel industry. • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document management, and communication. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Proficiency in using computer software and database systems, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. • Passion for travel and a desire to contribute to creating exceptional travel experiences for our clients.
