Responsibilities: • Manage the customer service and product support teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for game creators and players. • Develop and implement effective moderation strategies to ensure a safe and fun gaming experience. • Monitor and track all moderation efforts to ensure compliance with company guidelines. • Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively. • Analyze customer service and moderation trends to develop solutions and optimizations. • Collaborate with external partners to ensure smooth operations. • Train and mentor team members on customer service and moderation best practices. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
