**Job Overview:** As a Client Support Representative at Host Hotels & Resorts, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier support to our valued clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information to enhance our clients’ experiences. Your independent spirit and dedication to excellence will be essential as you work closely with clients while leveraging your research and persuasion skills.

**Key Responsibilities:** – Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner to provide exceptional customer service. – Assist clients with bookings, changes, and cancellations while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. – Conduct thorough research to resolve complex client issues, accessing various data sources and utilizing critical problem-solving skills. – Develop persuasive communications to inform, guide, and assist customers through their inquiries and requests, enhancing client satisfaction. – Maintain detailed records of client interactions and process feedback to improve service delivery. – Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and escalate issues as required, ensuring timely resolution. – Monitor client satisfaction levels and suggest improvements based on client feedback and data analysis. – Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and changes in service offerings to provide well-informed support to clients. – Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. – Promote a positive image of the company and foster lasting relationships with clients.
