Become an integral part of our customer support team as a Live Chat Customer Service Representative. This remote position allows you to assist customers directly and make a significant impact on their experience with our company. Your role will be critical in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through live chat to answer questions, resolve concerns, provide information, and offer assistance.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Assist with sales by providing product information and facilitating purchase decisions.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of handling chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • A commitment to work independently with a minimum availability of 5 hours per week.

Work Hours & Location:
